I love the look of this tower and my cat loves its height. I will say that unless you are mounting it on a wall, you should mount it in a corner so that it is supported on at least two sides (the ledge side is the most important for support). My 9 lb cat jumped from the top of the ledge before I placed the tower in her permanent home and she immediately knocked it over (so I suggest putting it in the corner). Burlap seems to be of good quality and she really enjoys climbing to the top of the tower with her fingernails. The carpet seems to be peeling off with scratches over time as she already knows how to pull up the edges but so far everything is fine. Overall not bad for the price, would recommend.
