Soft jersey with a slight stretch at the waist.

We used this black pleated skirt as part of my daughter's Halloween costume as Vanellope von Schwiets. Knitted with little tension. I would say it's a bit small which is perfect for my petite 6 year old. She wore it to school several times with leggings and tights and loved it.

Pros
