The ease in which we can perform backups with our existing tools (Veritas Backup Exec).

There's nothing I dislike about this product as it meets all my needs very well! My only recommendation would be that you use some sort or automation tool like Puppet/Chef so your scripts don't get out dated when new releases come along :) We have eliminated many manual tasks from being performed manually within each environment where back ups are deployed across multiple platforms including cloud-based VMs & physical servers - saving time while keeping up security standards at every stage through automated processes using Chef /Puppet.
