These pendants are very strong and well made! only one problem They need better quality control. I ordered 2 packs. In the first batch, 3 out of 4 tags were put together upside down and upside down! The logo was reversed, the top of the zipper opened up where the sleeve was! In the second pack, 1 of 4 tags was also flipped and flipped. Luckily I was able to replace 1 correct version in 1 pack with 1 wrong tag in another pack and ended up with a set of 4 usable tags. I am returning the remaining 4. It's no good if you order 2 packs and BOTH packs have incorrectly assembled, useless labels! Here is an update for the NEXT DAY. After I submitted my review, I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by Jeremy, the owner. He got all the details from me to track where his tags were collected in order to fix the issue as soon as possible. He also sends me a free tag package. His attention to the problem was so impressive that I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because this company's service is STAR! I will always buy my cruise items from this company because not only are their products well made, they fix it immediately if something is wrong and they make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend it!
