After reading reviews and researching many other mats in my price range, given my continuing concerns about other products, I settled on this one. I wanted an easy way for me to work on my classes at home as I don't live close to a track with training facilities and I didn't want to break the bank. This mat is easy to set up, the movable shell is great for training from different lengths, and the lines help me know if I'm putting or pulling. It's also very high quality and seems to last a long time to me. Finally, I like the holdall (mainly because it can hold everything together compactly). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and quality way to improve their skills!
