Not exactly as described
As a battery charger or service it is great and does it very well. Because the constant regulated power supply needed for flashing is not that good. The output is regulated to 14.6V until the battery is fully charged. This can take an hour or more, so from a practical point of view this device cannot be used to flash/program modules. Yes, they make a device specifically for this purpose, but the fact of the matter is that the description of this device is misleading. Another small note from me is that before I could use it as a portable charger I had to glue the rubber feet on to keep it in place. .
