Ordered and seems to be working fine. This is a foreign model and not in English by default. On the first setup screen there is a drop down menu where you can switch the language to English (or whatever). Just try the dropdown menus on the first screen if enabled. Others say it doesn't work with AT&T, that's not true. You need to go in and manually create an APN for "ATT Broadband". See other international version Samsung tablet reviews for instructions, other Revain reviews have a few examples. I did exactly that and moved the SIM card from the laptop to the tablet. The SIM was set to data only and that's what I get on the tablet. I didn't need to speak to AT&T at all. I haven't tried the voice SIMM so I don't know if it will work as a phone or not. After putting it online it received updates and mine is now running Android 10, UI Core 2.5, security patch level of March 1st, 2021. Edit: It is now patched to Android 11, 3.1.
