I like almost everything about this bag and I don't think a single detail was overlooked. The removable shoulder strap is adjustable, the hooks that attach to the bag swivel and the shoulder pad is thick, all of which insures your comfort. All of the zippers, connectors, straps and seams are sturdy and reinforced to withstand weight and repeated use. The shoe compartment is deep and vented! All pockets, inside and out, are deep enough to actually be useful; the one on the 6" deep trolley strap is genius! The accompanying make-up bag is good sized and has a sturdy carrying strap. And being waterproof is an added benefit. The only drawback may be it's size. The description says it will fit under the seat on a plane (was my original intent). A quick Google search reveals that it will not fit under the seats on 20 of the most popular airlines in the US and may even be too big for the overhead bins on many planes. Since I take road trips more often than I fly and I have other bags that will fit under the seat, that's not an issue for me. But if you're planning on carrying this bag onto a plane, I would recommend checking the size requirements for your flight before getting to the airport, or slightly under packing it with soft items so it can be smushed into place.
