Not worth $30. It came in the mail today and my daughter will be wearing it to church tomorrow. Thin, slightly itchy material. Relaxed fit. The belt looks very cheap. I can't believe it has so many good reviews. But I say "almost" because it's entirely possible to wear it. It's not great but my daughter thinks it's pretty and it fits decent. I would not recommend the off the shoulder style as it makes the top feel very itchy. My daughter tried it on once and wore it both ways. We removed the bell-shaped silver plastic things from the end of the belt. I will not buy again, disappointed.
