My cats love their new playhouse but are very suspicious of the basket. Now I use it to store my toys and they are happy with it. It was really easy to put together. All the parts were in place and my husband and I put it together fairly easily, leaving our marriage intact (I'm looking at you Ikea). It seems pretty solid, but I would recommend putting a rug or rug underneath if you have a tile or wood floor as it tends to slip. It's really soft and fluffy and has replaced my knees as my favorite place to sleep.
