31.5 " 28 LED 7 Mode Traffic Advisor Works well.

Item was purchased for use from a private surveyor. Connected to an 18 watt solar panel charger Unit draws three amps, is plenty brighter, has different signal circuits and has never overheated or drained the battery.We bought two more to put in the old spinner so we can use it.
