I liked that I could log in at work and access all of my candidates to apply to jobs. I also liked that I could check in to see when I was next due. The system was a little bit slow and sometimes I would have to refresh to see what I had applied to. I also found that the system was glitchy and often would not load. I would suggest trying it out for a few weeks to see if it's something you could use. I was searching for a system that was easy to use and could also be used for our travel nurses.
