I like how it lets me do more than just text messaging which other platforms don’t offer. You can also set up funnels of various types depending upon what kind of app or service you are offering. There isn’t much functionality in terms of tracking results unless you opt for certain paid options but this doesn’t bother us since we haven’t yet made any big changes regarding sales. I would say that their customer service has been very responsive with my inquiries whenever needed. We currently use them because our target market uses WhatsApp (which is not supported by another system). The best thing about this application it makes sending out news or alerts very quick as well as simple for everyone involved in business using services of PushFlew. I like how the notification system works with my emailing service which has been great. Nothing at all dislike i have ever come across from Push Fleew as far as its ease of use and efficiency goes. Its perfect! We've sent out many announcements of events via SMS text message through their platform but also used emails too.
