Review on Suburban SW12DE 12-G Direct Spark Electric Element for Enhanced Efficiency (5247A) by Brockington Zuniga

The description of this water heater is wrong the actual dimensions are 16" TX 16" W 22" T big enough for permanent living now I'm replacing a Gerard water heater that is Scrap with this country heater.After enlarging the hole, installation became easy.The plumbing was flexible enough for an enlarged tank.Due to incorrect information I gave 4 stars.After I filled the tank and turned it on, it was producing in 15 minutes very hot water that used propane and electricity.Now I have more pressure and very hot water in no time.Compared to the tankless water heater mentioned above.I should have bought this unit 3 years ago instead of the tankless water heater.I work the whole Time on wheels and would recommend this water heater.
