I bought these for a lab where I work with bacterial pathogens because I wanted more protection than the OSHA-approved disposable apron. These are flimsy in all the wrong places and hard to tie. Isolation gowns should tie easily and tear off easily - this one tears in all the wrong places and is impossible to take off properly. They are better than nothing, but I wouldn’t dare use these in a healthcare situation requiring true isolation protection.
