This holder/charger works great! It securely holds my I-Phone 11 with Otter Box and keeps my phone charged as I spend hours navigating and delivering packages. There is a touch button on either side that automatically opens and closes the grip, eliminating the need to slide your phone in and out of the grips like most spring-loaded grips. Two ribs under the phone prevent it from falling when the handles are opened. The only downside for me was that the cup holder mount is useless as the size of the mount is not adjustable and it didn't fit my Prius Gen1's cup holder. . I used the included vent clip instead, but I actually prefer that it's larger to keep my eyes on the road, and the vent clip works fine and can be rotated 90 degrees to position the phone horizontally if needed.
