I like this vacuum cleaner. It's powerful and well made - there are some really nice design cues - the dust bin is easily accessible from the top of the device so I can leave it charging while I empty the bin. All brushes are easily accessible for easy maintenance. It cleans everywhere after its initial mapping - and with the maps it keeps in memory, I can easily direct it anywhere in my house to do a targeted cleaning. In operation, the vacuum cleaner is very quiet - audible on high settings, but almost imperceptible on low. It is easy to program for regular cleaning tasks. Setting up the software to work with my iPhone was quick and easy, and the software is intuitive and easy to use. The robot saves maps of my house when it's working, and I can mark the map with no-go areas (so it doesn't get stuck under that pesky chair or tangled in power cords!) and it tells me (loudly) what the problem is! The maps update in real-time so I always know where the vacuum is - which means it's easy to find on the rare occasion that it gets stuck! If necessary, it can easily find its way back to the charging station. My only minor criticism so far (I've been using it for three weeks now) is that there are no instructions on how to get started with the remote app. It's pretty easy to navigate after you've used it a few times, but a simple beginner's tutorial would be helpful. Overall I am very happy with this device!
