My daughter is very petite, she just turned one year old. I feel it is true to size and you can roll/tie it easily. We could also roll up the pants a bit, but the zipper is a bit annoying. For us, this is not a problem and not a violation of the terms and conditions. This little cow costume exceeded my expectations and is so soft. My daughter didn't mind wearing it at all and because it's such a contrast she loved the look. The cow blinks one eye - I think I saw someone else say she doesn't have two eyes. That's true, but the "wink" can be placed in the black spot and become less noticeable. I'm glad I increased the size so we can expand the outfit box and make more lives out of it!
