Bought these for my college daughter to use while working in the computer lab. She does a lot of graphic design, looks at the computer a lot, and suffers from migraines, so we thought it might help. She believes they help some. She still has migraines/headaches, but some of these are caused by stress, weather, and other factors that we already know trigger her migraines. These jars were just a way to see if we could help some of them get smaller.
