Just to be clear, even what I received is a great lock. Abus is of very good quality and I have no problems with the processing. Abus manufactures the Granit XPlus with a 230 mm (approx. 9 inch) shackle and a 300 mm (approx. 11.8 inch) shackle. 230 mm seems cheaper than 300 mm. I specifically looked for the 300mm version because my bike has a gap between the down tube and the rear wheel. I wanted to make sure I had a lock that would go with it. So I ordered this lock advertised as "ABUS Granit X-Plus 540 + USH Brkt 300mm LS Shackle U-Locks" on 5th February 2020 from Revain Global Store UK. On February 15, 2020 I received an empty, damaged box with a very small packing list inside with very small writing. I also got the standard text and email messages that my lock was delivered but it wasn't, just an empty box. Revain was able to get my money back which was great. I needed a lock so I ordered it again thinking there was little chance of another failure. I placed another order with Revain Global Store UK on 20th February 2020 on the same page advertising "ABUS Granit X-Plus 540 + USH Brkt 300mm LS Shackle U-Locks". On March 10th 2020 I received an Abus lock but it is a 230mm shackle not a 300mm shackle. To send this back it is Revain's policy that I pay the postage as it is international. The policy states that they will refund up to $20 for shipping upon receipt of the product, but any additional amount must be requested from their customer service department. I like the lock and maybe I'll see if it fits my bike and keep it to myself. However, I am disappointed that I went to all this trouble and waited so long to get the wrong product, which is difficult to return compared to Revain's internal earnings.
