Good solution for SpO2

I have an Apple Watch Series 5 that does not support blood oxygen measurement. The price of the upgrade was much higher than watches with similar functionality. Also the flexibility of connecting with various Android and iOS operating systems. Much needed during the Covid Pandemic.
