Amazing Experience With Awesome People

My favorite thing about doRR is getting to work with such amazing ladies that have an even better time doing what I love (and also helping!). We all really enjoy our days off together too! This allows me to be home for my kids as much as possible, but not feel "stuck" since they are here at least some of every day. It's worth it though -- just try it! Everyone gets along very well because we're friends first. We laugh, have fun, make each other laugh, teach one another, share skills, knowledge (we learn new things from them!) and most importantly support each others' businesses so when one works hard she knows there is someone else who has her back and will give advice or take her calls if needed. If you're looking to add more fulltime employees to your team, this would definitely increase productivity of a larger business! The "DORR effect": The ability to go in with no experience, pick up some skills quickly & have fun at it! Also great for learning how things are made from an industry perspective as well - I like that we're also able learn something new every day (even if its just about sewing!) There's nothing really bad but there isnt anything i love yet either :) Great way to try out different crafts / industries before trying them yourself or getting stuck doing one thing forever!!
