I use this belt when I'm on the treadmill and lifting weights at the gym. Since most women's athletic wear doesn't have pockets, this belt/backpack is incredibly convenient. I mainly use it to hold my phone to listen to music when I'm walking and lifting weights. The hole for the headphone cable is also very practical. The construction of the belt is good - elastic, durable, and as soon as I put it on I forget about it (it never bothers). I have my Pixel phone in a case and it stretches so I don't have to take my phone out of the case. I'm 5ft 0 and 135lbs and I'm a large size. The size is perfect for me although it's a bit big but with the velcro you can make it smaller to fit. Also, it sits very securely on my thigh with Velcro. I love using it and would definitely recommend it!
