Review on Pyrex Easy 3 Quart Oblong Baking by Keith Cannon

I haven't used it in the oven yet. but I've used it for desserts that don't need to be baked. The bottom sides and corners should be straight rather than angled, it just felt a little fiddly scooping things out with a metal spatula. The cover is really disappointing. It had to rise out of the pan instead pushing inward to stick to the top of your dessert, this has happened to me too and I made sure the dessert was below the top of the pan when I was done. I think this is because the lid was softer plastic and if it were more ribbed it might help. And I didn't stack anything over it and it still happened. So if you plan on stacking something during shipping, DO NOT. I only fought to love it. It doesn't look like a real 9 x 13 so I measured the bottom corners corner to corner (outside) and it's closer to 8" x 12", the top measures 8.5" corner to corner inside "x12.5". So if you want the real 9 x 13 inches, don't buy them. It appears to be a quality product, it just needs a little tweaking. In my opinion, I just had a hard time liking this one!
