Stay away - moth infested product!
Update - AVOID! Product infested with moths. Now we have a moth infestation. Column with clear traces of larvae and eggs. We had to throw it away to stop the infection! The company really needs to do quality control for the presence of parasites. Absolutely horrible product came with ropes ripping out of the box. After a few days I see a lot of gaps between the ropes at the top where my cat is using the pole. I hope it lasts but for now it looks like it only has a few months total life which I didn't pay for.
