Overall the sound quality is quite good. The top strap pulls the head a little tighter than is comfortable. All I can say is that almost all gaming headsets with retractable or external microphones break. I take great care of my headset. That's disappointing considering how much I paid for it. Not that they were professional, but they didn't throw away a $10 Walmart either.
