This was inaccurate for most tracking purposes

Sleep - while awake and struggling with my blankets I've been 'light sleeper', just woken up from sleep and 'deep sleeper' . Steps - I achieved my goal by sitting on the couch and actively whisking eggs. I couldn't identify the body battery, some days I woke up at 75%, some days 10% heart rate seemed close enough so I went with this one but ended up sending it back after wearing it on day 4 caused a rash.
