We ordered one and had to return it as one of the plastic brackets broke. The second was also damaged. The wire boards were bent when it arrived but we have already received the hamster and not sent it back. I carefully folded the poles back and we were able to set it up. It's easy enough to assemble but still took 3 hands. The biggest problem is that the hamster can get out! For weeks we had to endure every night the hamster escaping the cage (if you wanted to add more tubes) through tube holes that only had a lid. We taped it shut and he would have found another retreat. Then he began to move the wheel from above and climb out through the gap. route and no empty ports. He hasn't walked since then.
