So the unit itself is great. The instructions are clear and straightforward and as long as your REAL PLUMBING is standard it will work just fine. I had an initial issue to deal with and it's not a product issue but maybe this will help someone in the future :! NOTE!- Before purchasing this product, take a look at your COLD WATER LINE and make sure it is a STANDARD T-connection. This means that there are only 2 connections on the COLD WATER LINE. 1 to main water line/pipe and 2 to cold water faucet line. - IF someone like me has installed a previous water filter and used their own T-valve, you need to know how to disconnect the main water line yourself and disconnect/connect the existing water supply line to the existing T-valve OR you need to know how to replace the entire T-valve yourself. Little did I know my T-valve was out of stock and needed to be replaced. Just a warning. THE PRODUCT ITSELF: - Easy to install, comes with a T-valve adapter that you add to your existing cold water T-valve. You turn off the cold water, unscrew the faucet connector, plug in the adapter, connect the water filter hose and faucet pipe to the adapter, connect the adapter to the valve, and 50% is done. The rest is simple and easy. To do this, simply follow the instructions. So far, so good!
