A great tool used mostly during troubleshooting

The best part is that it's very easy for me as an end user to deploy. I can just upload my own software package if i need customizations or extensions added later. It also helps improve system performance by reducing unnecessary file transfers from one server/machine to another (like in case of virtual machines).It has improved our overall IT infrastructure management which was not good and lacked efficiency before using this product.
We are able to reduce downtime caused due to network issues like slow response time etc.,.
