Review on 📶 Bingfu Dual Band WiFi Antenna 2-Pack - Enhance Signal Strength for WiFi Router, Wireless Network Card, USB Adapter, Security IP Camera by John Holliday

I bought the product with the intention of boosting the 5 GHz signal for my WiFi adapter that is installed in my Windows 10 professional PC is. Unfortunately, the product failed miserably. The 2.4 GHz band works without problems. So if you buy this product with the intention of only using the 2.4GHz band, based on my personal testing it should work fine for you. But if, like me, you bought the product with the intention of boosting the 5GHz band, you will not be happy at all according to my tests. So either the product description is misleading or it only works with components that manufacturers have verified and used in their labs. I have connected this product to an ASUS N600 dual band wireless adapter up to 600 megabits per second and a fenvi wireless network adapter that supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz adapters up to 2030 megabits per second Second (as advertised) supported along with Bluetooth support. After testing in my area, the signal had to travel through four walls of typical timber frame/plasterboard with an operating range of 30 feet and I have to conclude that this 5GHz product is a serious "loser". . When using the standard antennas included with each tested adapter. The standard antennas found provided the best signal performance and reliability in the 5 GHz band. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this product to anyone who needs 5GHz support. Disclaimer, I can only speak for myself and the tests are based on my environmental conditions stated above. The reason for my 3 star rating is to leave the product review fair. Because the 2.4GHz band works fine as above. To stay updated
