Failed to load media. First, let me tell you about the features and accessories. It has 5 different speeds, they recommend starting with the 3rd and moving up or down depending on your preference. It starts at 3 and to be honest the first head I used was perfect and the lift was too much. It depends head to head and how much pressure you apply. It also has 5 vibration settings. It starts out steadily, which is really the only thing I liked. The rest is varied by vibrating and stopping for a few seconds. I won't elaborate on vibrations, but I've seen them used for problem areas where you want to toggle on and off for a few seconds. I see its usefulness, I just didn't like it. It's about personal preferences. It has 5 different heads for different purposes and I like them all, but you'll probably want to change the speed depending on the head. With 5 heads, 5 speeds and 5 vibration settings, you really have a lot of options. The design is great and the length is good. I was able to reach the lower back from above and it's curved for easier access. Not too heavy for me, but a bit heavy. I like it but be aware if you have trouble lifting things. For me it was the perfect size and weight. It is very durable and allowed me to put good pressure on my back and shoulders. The cable is long enough. The instructions explain the different heads and how to use them. Overall I'm impressed with this device and I like the different heads. The only problem I had was that the heads were screwed in and certain movements caused some of them to come loose. This is by no means a breach of the Terms and Conditions, please be aware. It is good value for money for a massager and I would buy it again.
