The water softener company has tried three times to replace the membrane in my reverse osmosis system without success. Turns out they installed the wrong membrane. After a little research I found this membrane. I was also able to find an inexpensive filter kit that included all the other filters needed for my 5 stage reverse osmosis system. I was able to install the filters myself and saved nearly $200. Since this service is performed twice a year, the amount increases quite quickly. I absolutely had to watch a few YouTube videos to learn how to operate the system and it's a little tricky taking the filter housing apart to install new ones but I think it was worth it.
