Review on Simppler by Andrew Walton

I like that you can get feedback from everyone in the company, not just your manager. It is difficult to know when something is coming up with this program. You have to be able to think outside the box to get the most out of it. This helps me to do that. I think it is a great tool for getting ideas from all employees. I would recommend this if your team is small enough where you can get input from everyone. It is hard to figure out what the best way to use it is. We used it to see what people were passionate about. We also used it for our quarterly meetings.
