I was very impressed with the features and price of this computer. I received a 1TB hard drive. About 10 minutes after the computer first started, we got a blue screen error. I kept calling Acer and they asked me to do any available software updates. I think the update helped a bit but we've had 2 more blue screen errors since then. The computer has been used for less than 2 weeks. This was not supposed to happen, and as one reviewer noted, had to send the computer back after a major failure. The cause was probably a problem with the motherboard. I'm just afraid that this could be a problem for us too. I'll be monitoring the situation and reading new reviews to see if this becomes a bigger problem.
