The application has been very helpful at giving me access into my customers’ data so I can understand their needs better - not just what they are looking for but how often/when it's best fit them! It also helps keep track of which clients have booked our services previously as well allowing us get an idea if we should add new features or change up some things (we've had this feature since day 1). There really isn't anything much wrong about Luis CRs other than maybe having too many options when creating content? Not sure whether there was something missing during setup phase because everything seemed ok until after production went live where users were experiencing issues trying navigate around certain pages such as scheduling appointments etc., We're solving problems like being able reach out directly & easily communicate via text messages rather then emailing back n forth between two people who aren't familiar w eachother yet trying find answers together.- Being able identify trends over time by grouping similar types.
