Much easier to clean than the whole handle.
I have 3 guinea pigs and put them in the playpen every day. I had to throw away 3 game enclosures because of urine and faecal stains. Even after washing the playpen, it was difficult to remove the stains. I'm so glad I found this. I'll take this padding off and throw it in the washing machine. Best of all my game pen is clean and will last us a very long time.
