Over a month ago, I placed my chair order. I discovered a damaged seat upon unpacking; I contacted the vendor about the issue, and they said, "factory marriage, sorry, sorry, send us a photo by mail, we will change everything." After sending, I heard nothing back. When I called back, they claimed they had not seen my email. While on the phone with the operator, I resent it. They indicated the letter had been received and that the request will be forwarded to the manufacturer. The marriage was then officially verified in writing, and I was assured that I would be notified as soon as the required component arrived at their storage facility. A month has gone since then, and there has been no response or pleasantries. I tried calling the only number listed, but I was told that "the subscriber's number is blocked." The chair is neither the most nor the least priced option available. In no way should you waste your money on it. To the seller, many thanks for the "prompt resolution of the problem" and the disconnected phone.
