Review on Kyocera Revolution 2 Piece Ceramic Knife Kitchen & Dining by Stephanie Brown

I have had ceramic knives for many years and I really like them. I had a 4.5 inch ceramic knife for literally 12 years before it had a tiny chip on the tip. This 4.5 inch Kyocera utility knife is a HUGE disappointment. I've only used it on veggies and only on a cutting board. It broke off at the top for the first few weeks, then the large central section broke off before it was a month old. I cannot recommend this product. I also think that it is of poor quality and unsafe. I had to give it a star to leave this review. Doesn't really count for stars.
