This destroyed my nurtribullet

He destroyed my Nurtribullet. It didn't allow you to twist and lock like the original mug that came with it. You would have to hold it for it to work. Okay, no big deal, I'll keep it simple. a loud snap and then the piece of plastic at the base of my Nurtribullet snapping the blade. My Nurtribullet died a horrible death from this replacement cup. tear
