Review on 🍳 Anolon Nouvelle Copper 11 Piece Cookware Set, Sable - Nonstick, Hard Anodized Pots and Pans by Dana Johnson

What I really need is a pot that works well on an induction hob. I found this pan but went for the whole set as it offered better value for money. Unfortunately, the pan does not work well with induction. I'm trying to substitute a Cuisinart pot of roughly the same diameter and it was already simmering slowly. I boiled the same amount of water in both pots and this one boiled noticeably slower so I'm sending it back. Also, I should mention that the bottoms of all pots and pans have very sharp edges. I was a little worried they might scratch the glass on the hob.
