The product is supplied with an unattached shaft end. It was loose in the box when it was delivered. As a Dyna owner, I kept a stash of glue and zip ties to attach the rubber end to the handlebars. I decided to make sure to zip all the rubber ends on all of them. Aside from the product being defective, it was easy to install and looks pretty good on the Dyna. I'm tired of carrying a backpack every time I go skiing, so it will be easier to store some items. I wish they had a safer option like bolting these bags straight on. I would suggest that the bar ends are secured. somehow before the trip.
