I'll admit I was skeptical when it first came out. The place was initially cold and distant and we didn't seem to get along at all. The intent of the patch was unclear to me and I suspect it was the same. But over time we started to tolerate each other and in the end we started to trust each other. But believe me, it wasn't easy. Once while walking in the Appalachian Mountains we came across an injured bear cub. The mother was nowhere to be seen and the cub was hungry. I figured we should just go ahead and let nature take its course, but the patch had other ideas. He came to our pack (We divide the pack, see) pulled out a bar of honey cereal and carefully fed the forest animal. I believe the smell of the granola bar mixed with the smell of the poor injured bear and spread through the trees, drawing the attention of other predators. I got up to give the baby a drink from my bottle, but when I turned around, there was the biggest fucking mountain loin I've ever seen. it's the nostrils. Piglet tried to protect the baby, but it is so small that it only annoyed the animal. "Oh, if only I were a flag!" I heard Patch yell. But since the cougar was distracted, I took her from behind with a knife in my hand. We fell to the ground, thrashing and rolling like mythical forest titans. I believe, I cut a big cat's paw, but she was too strong, too wild, too hungry for a bear cub and granola. The mountain lion rolled me onto my back and raised a razor-loaded paw to strike, and right there. a shot sounded. The cat fell to the ground next to me and quietly licked its genitals before letting out one last evil breath. When I turned to see if the boy was okay, there was my patch, gun in hand, barrel smoking, tears streaming down his well-stitched cheek. "I've never killed anyone," he sobbed. As he lowered the gun, I wrapped my arms around him and squeezed hard. patch, I named him Gary) and I returned to Arizona with the calf where we are currently treating him to recover. I am happy to report that the boy is fine. We named him Ruxbin after Gary. poor late grandfather whom he loved very much. When he grows up, Gary and I plan to release him back into the wild. In Tampa, Fla. But I still remember that afternoon in the mountains. What could have happened if I had a smaller patch or no patch at all? I am very thankful for my friend, my savior, my band-aid. That day he saved two lives. i love you gary I really know 5 Stars. What could have happened if I had a smaller patch or no patch at all? I am very thankful for my friend, my savior, my band-aid.
