UPDATE: I've had the sign for over a year now. We took it offline for a long time because it wasn't open due to Covid. It does NOT like to just reconnect with the blue tooth. I've learned to remove all other smart devices with or near me (Fitbit watch). Turn off Bluetooth for all other devices, then uninstall and reinstall the Signs app, turn off the sign, connect, and then it connects. I had to reinstall the app twice before it worked. Otherwise it's a great product, it just sucks that it has trouble connecting to the blue tooth. Everything arrived on time and intact. I love that it has a blue tooth (which was very easy to connect). It's easily adjustable to multiple hours, changes colors, and has a built-in timer that you can turn on and off at your leisure. As previous reviews have said, it is difficult to read (especially in the sun). You see "white" lines from unlit lights and it's just a mess. Some reviewers have stated that they used window tint on these lines. I cut out small pieces of black cardstock and glued them to the sign to cover those "white" unlit lights. Easy to remove when I need to change our watch. It would be nice if the company would send little black "stick to window" stickers to hide these stains for easier viewing! The rest of the product works perfectly! (I've only had it a day.) Will keep updating if anything changes!
