I am sad and ashamed of these bad reviews. I've been a Neato fan for quite some time after switching from iRobot, which I've been using since 2005. I actually had a nice Neato (you can see my previous review) but I gave it to my mom. definitely better and stronger than its predecessor. I've recently moved to a much larger house (one story instead of two stories) and the battery life is excellent. It can cover 2400 square feet and make up only 64%. It takes multiple trips to fully map such a large space, but I don't mind as it just means my floors get incredibly clean in the process. This model, like the previous one, has amazing suction and cleaning power. Even after the cleaning ladies come, a full basket of dust and small parts can land here from the corners. It's the same size and shape as the previous Neato, but seems like it could get into nooks and crannies better. A definite improvement over my previous model is the noise, which used to be my only complaint. A small detail but nice, the app seems to be better too. I've had a brush get stuck twice but I think that's because it went over the very thick and dense carpet I have and forgot to remove it. At first I thought it was my hair (waist length) that ruined a Dyson or two. But in fact, the hair somehow did not get tangled. Just had to put the brush back in. Overall very satisfied and I can see that this brush will last for many years.
