Excellent headset for our son, he definitely can't hear us when he's playing. The first set we received sold out within 2 weeks and the second set has been running for 6 months. I will say that when I contacted them about a broken pair they were easily replaced and I am very happy with the response time with a new set. I'm deducting 1 star for the headache of having to do this. Otherwise they are perfect with excellent sound quality and durable.
