I only use aerosol cans of cooking oil because it covers the pan easily and evenly. But the choice of oil grade is very limited. My friend told me about this sprayer so I can add organic olive oil. It sprays evenly, just like aerosol cans. You have to inflate it a few times to get the density you want, but it's amazing. This allows me to use high quality cooking oil instead of canned stuff. This also came with a funnel. Overall it's pretty easy to use. I wish I had gotten it sooner.
