I like that it allows you to map out all of your departments, as well as sub-departments within each department (e.g., HR vs Operations) along with who is responsible in those positions - i think this makes my job easier when trying to navigate through our organizational structure or new hire onboarding process! It does take some time getting used to how everything looks/sorts but once we figured things out there are no issues at present. We have had several people join recently from other companies so they were not previously familiar wtih their roles & responsibilities which has been helpful since then mapping was difficult due to previous lack of knowledge about where certain areas layed geographically etc.. This helps us track down any individuals quickly if needed without having go thru multiple layers of hierarchy first just simply searching via email address alone can be.
