That's how I got these two. The cap of the shampoo was barely unscrewed and leaked everywhere. I opened the shampoo to see if the bottle was half empty but surprisingly it was still full. I want to complain but at the same time a dirty 35oz bottle from here is still MUCH cheaper than a clean 11oz bottle from Ulta. Choose and choose I guess. The product itself is good, only the packaging and the mess I left annoy me.
