When I received this it was folded and packed tightly so naturally I thought it would stretch after opening. It's not like this. It stayed flat and was badly crumpled at the crease. I had a brilliant idea, I removed the foam from the case and guess what! The corner was broken off and glued very poorly. I had to photograph it all, but you can photograph it well, I'm sure. So I wet the foam and shaped it properly and then squeezed it out and let it dry. I had no trouble getting it back in the case just had to be careful not to rip off the corner. Now it looks like it should have been when it arrived. That's why you only get 2 stars. I'm glad I opened it up and checked it out first as it's a gift for my mom's cat! I'm sure he will like it. Just take a look. If not, I'll deduct a star or two out of spite. :P
